Scan2Tap provides a digital business card and link in bio platform, including:

• Digital profile creation and management
• QR code generation and customization
• Physical NFC business cards (where available)
• Analytics and tracking features
• Link management and social media integration

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Spam or harass other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD or GHS based on your location. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. You agree to provide valid payment information.

5.3 Refunds

Physical card orders may be eligible for refunds within 7 days of purchase if not yet shipped. Digital services are generally non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content are owned by Scan2Tap and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.1 Subscription Plans

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You will be charged automatically on your billing cycle.

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.3 No Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of your paid period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scan2Tap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
