At Scan2Tap, we strive to provide high-quality digital and physical products. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Physical Card Orders

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Physical card orders may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • The order is cancelled within 7 days of purchase
  • The order has not yet been shipped or processed for printing
  • The request is made before the production process begins

2.2 Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds cannot be issued for physical cards if:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The printing process has already begun
  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
  • The product was damaged due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

2.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

3. Digital Services

3.1 Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing use of the service
  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors on our part

3.2 Free Plans

Free plans do not require payment and are not subject to refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

5. Processing Time

  • Review: 5-7 business days
  • Processing: 10-14 business days after approval
  • Bank/Provider: Additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving all issues amicably.

7. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase. If exchange rates have changed, you may notice a slight difference in the refunded amount due to currency fluctuations.
